Shipping & Processing

Here’s how shipping and processing work at Noona’s Kpop Goods—for K-pop merch, gaming gear, meme shirts, blankets, mugs, and all the other cozy chaos in the shop.

Everything here is made to order, so there’s a short production window before your order even gets near a mail truck. This page breaks down what to expect from the moment you check out to the moment your package hits your doorstep.

How Are Orders Made at Noona’s Kpop Goods?

Every item is printed just for you after you place your order.

I work with professional print partners to:

  • Print and sew apparel, blankets, and home goods

  • Print designs on mugs, drinkware, and mousepads

  • Package and ship your order from the nearest facility available

I handle:

  • The designs

  • The product details and sizing info

  • Customer support and custom requests

You’re not buying from a giant warehouse. You’re buying from a small, one-woman shop using on-demand production so I don’t have to live inside a storage unit full of boxes.

How Long Does Processing Take?

Processing = time to make your item before it ships.

Most orders take about 3–7 business days to be printed and prepared. That window can shift a bit depending on:

  • The type of item (shirts are usually faster than blankets or certain home goods)

  • Order volume (holidays are wild, for everyone -- but you should check out the Christmas collection anyway!)

  • Occasional delays at the print facility

If there’s an unusual delay, I’ll always do my best to keep you updated.

Quick rule of thumb:
Expect about 1 week for production before shipping, and build in extra time during November–December.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Once your items are made and packed, they’re handed off to the carrier. Shipping times vary by destination and product type, but generally:

Within the United States

  • Usually 5–10 business days after production

  • Rural areas and PO boxes can skew a little slower

International (when available)

  • Typically 2–4+ weeks after production

  • Customs, local carrier speed, and holidays can add extra time

The shipping options and cost you see at checkout are based on:

  • Your address

  • The items in your cart

  • The available carrier services for that combo

All timelines are estimates, not guarantees, but they’re realistic based on how these carriers usually behave.

Where Do You Ship?

I primarily ship within the United States, and some items can also ship to other countries depending on the product and print facility.

If:

  • Your country doesn’t show up at checkout, or

  • You’re not sure whether a specific item can ship to you

send me a message via the Contact page with what you’re trying to order and where you’re located. I can check what’s possible for that combo.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your location

  • The weight and type of items

  • The available carrier services

I don’t pad shipping with hidden “handling” fees. What you see at checkout is what the carrier is charging for that order setup.

Sometimes different product types ship separately (for example, a hoodie + a mug), which can affect the total shipping cost.

Will I Get Tracking Information?

Yes.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link (when tracking is available for that service). It may take a day or so for the tracking to fully update after the label is created.

If your tracking hasn’t moved in a few days:

  • Check the carrier’s site directly

  • Make sure the address is correct

  • If it looks stuck or you’re worried, reach out and I’ll help investigate

Why Did Only Part of My Order Arrive?

If you ordered multiple items and some arrived without the rest, don’t panic. That’s normal for made-to-order setups.

Your order may ship in multiple packages because:

  • Different items are printed at different facilities

  • Some items are ready faster than others

  • Carriers process packages at different speeds

You won’t be charged extra shipping for those separate packages—it’s just how the backend fulfills the order efficiently.

What About Customs, Duties, and Import Fees?

For international orders, your country may charge customs, VAT, or import fees when the package arrives.

  • These fees are set by your local government, not by me

  • I don’t have control over the amount or whether they’re applied

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs/duty charges

If you’re unsure how your country handles this, it’s worth checking local guidelines before ordering.

What If I Entered the Wrong Address?

Please double-check your address at checkout. Typos, missing apartment numbers, and old addresses are the most common issues.

If you realize you made a mistake:

  1. Contact me as quickly as possible with your order number and the correct address.

  2. If the order hasn’t entered production or shipped yet, I’ll try to update it.

  3. If it’s already shipped or delivered to the wrong address, I usually can’t recover or reship it for free.

In those cases, I’ll tell you what options we have, but I can’t guarantee a replacement without additional cost.

What If My Package Is Delayed, Lost, or Marked Delivered?

Unfortunately, once a package is handed off to the carrier, I don’t control how fast they move—or what they do with tracking scans.

Here’s what to do:

If tracking shows “In Transit” for a long time:

  • Give it a few extra days, especially during holidays or bad weather

  • Check any carrier alerts or local delays

  • If it still hasn’t moved, contact me and I’ll help look into it

If tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it:

  • Check with neighbors, roommates, or building staff

  • Look around porches, side doors, and mailrooms

  • Wait 1–2 days—sometimes carriers mark things delivered early

If it still hasn’t turned up, reach out. I’ll review it case-by-case. In some situations, I can help with a replacement or store credit; in others, you may need to file a claim with the carrier.

Do You Offer Rush Shipping?

Because everything is made to order, rush options are limited.

If you need something by a specific date:

  • Contact me before you order with the item, size, color, and your location

  • I can tell you whether it’s realistically doable and what shipping options exist

I’d rather be honest and say “that’s too tight” than overpromise and have your gift or concert outfit show up late.

How Do Shipping & Processing Times Affect Returns?

Since items are made to order, shipping and processing times are part of the cost of producing your unique item. I can’t refund orders just because a carrier took longer than expected, but:

  • I will help with clearly lost or severely delayed items

  • I will replace or refund items that arrive damaged or misprinted

For full details on what is and isn’t returnable, please check the Return Policy page.

Still Have Questions?

If you’re unsure about:

  • Whether your order will arrive in time

  • How long a specific item usually takes

  • Shipping to your location

  • Or anything else in this page

message me through the Contact page with your questions and your location. I’ll give you a straight answer so you can decide what makes sense for you.

Noona’s doing her best to get your cozy fandom goodies to you as smoothly as possible. 💜
