Welcome to the Noona’s Kpop Goods FAQ!
This is where I answer the most common questions about K-pop merch, gaming and meme gifts, custom orders, sizing, shipping, and my print-on-demand setup. If you don’t see your question here, you can always reach out through the Contact page.
What is Noona’s Kpop Goods?
Noona’s Kpop Goods is a small, one-woman shop creating cozy K-pop, gaming, and meme-inspired merch for everyday fans.
All designs are fan-made, created by me (Courtney) in Florida, and printed on demand through professional print partners. I've never been one for photocards or posters; I enjoy merch I can use, so that's mostly what I make. You’ll find apparel, mugs, blankets, mousepads, stickers, and other gifts that are meant to be worn and used in real life—not just sit on a shelf.
Who runs the shop?
It’s just me behind the scenes—one single mom, one kid, one fur child, and a lot of playlists.
I design everything, manage listings, answer emails, and handle custom requests myself. When you message the shop, you’re talking directly to the person who designed your item.
Are your products made to order?
Yes. Everything in the shop is made to order using print-on-demand.
That means:

Your item is created after you place your order

There’s less wasted inventory and overproduction

I can offer more designs, sizes, and colors without storing boxes in my living room
Because of this, I can’t just “put things back on the shelf,” and returns are handled a bit differently than big-box stores (see the return question below).
How long does processing and production take?
Most orders take about 3–7 business days to be printed and prepared before shipping.
This can vary a bit based on:

The type of item (shirts are usually faster than blankets or home goods)

Time of year (holiday season is always busier)

Occasional delays with print partners or carriers
If you need something for a specific date or event, it’s always best to order early.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location and the product type.
In general:

US orders usually arrive within 5–10 business days after production

International orders (when available) can take 2–4+ weeks, depending on customs and local carriers
At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options and estimates for your address. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can stalk it like a comeback teaser.
Do you ship internationally?
In many cases, yes—but it depends on the product and your location.
Some print partners support international shipping and some don’t. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout or you’re unsure, send me a message through the Contact page and I’ll check what’s possible for your specific item.
How does sizing work? Are you size-inclusive?
Most apparel is a unisex fit, and I do everything I can to be as size-inclusive as my print partners allow.
Important notes:

I never charge more for larger sizes

Size ranges can vary slightly by product (check each listing’s size chart, and feel free to message me if you're unsure or don't see an available size chart for the item you're interested in)

If you’re between sizes or unsure, compare the measurements to a shirt or sweatshirt you already own
If you’re still stuck on sizing, feel free to message me with your measurements and what fit you like (loose, fitted, oversized) and I’ll do my best to help you choose.
Do you charge extra for plus sizes?
No. I do not charge more for larger sizes.
If a product is available in your size, it’s the same price across the size range. Period.
How do I customize or personalize an item?
If an item is customizable, you’ll see a “special instructions” or custom text box on the product page.
Use that box to add:

Names or nicknames

Dates
-
Short phrases or inside jokes

Simple color or wording tweaks (when mentioned in the listing)
Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and anything in another language before you submit your order. I copy what you provide.
If the product doesn’t show a customization box but you have an idea, send me a message—I may be able to modify it.
Can you create a fully custom design?
Yes, in many cases I can create a fully custom design just for you.
Examples:

Matching shirts or hoodies for a concert group

Gamer squad or guild designs

Inside jokes for your friend group, book club, or Discord server

Personalized gifts for birthdays, holidays, or special events
For custom orders, please share:

The more specific you are, the easier it is for me to quote and design something that fits what you’re imagining.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Maybe—but you have to be quick.
Because items go into production shortly after you order, there’s a very short window where changes may be possible.
If you need to change or cancel:

Contact me as soon as possible with your order number.

If the order hasn’t entered production yet, I’ll do my best to update or cancel it.

If it’s already in production or shipped, I’m usually not able to modify it.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because everything is made to order, I usually can’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
However, I will fix:

Misprints or production mistakes

Items that arrive damaged
-
Wrong item/size sent compared to what you ordered
If there’s an issue, contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue

A short description of what went wrong

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?
If something shows up damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, I’ll work with you to make it right.

Any details that might help (wrong size, print cut off, etc.)
Once I’ve reviewed it, I’ll usually arrange a replacement or, in some cases, a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.
Are your designs official merch?
No. All designs are fan-made and inspired by K-pop, video games, memes, and pop culture.
They’re created as fan art–style pieces, meant to celebrate the things we love. They’re not official merchandise, not affiliated with any labels, agencies, companies, or artists.
How do I care for my apparel and printed items?
Proper care helps your prints last longer:
For apparel (tees, sweatshirts, hoodies):

Turn inside out before washing

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle

Avoid bleach and harsh detergents

Tumble dry low or hang to dry

Don’t iron directly on the print
For mugs, drinkware, and home goods:

Most items are top-rack dishwasher and microwave safe, but always check the listing details

When in doubt, handwashing is the safest option
Will the print crack or fade?
All prints are done by professional print partners using high-quality inks and methods, but like any printed item, they can wear over time.
Following the care instructions—especially washing inside out, in cold water, and avoiding high-heat drying—will help your items stay looking good for as long as possible.
Do you take bulk or group orders?
In many cases, yes.
