Some ideas are too specific, too chaotic, or too “inside joke” for a generic merch listing. That’s where custom orders come in.

Noona’s Kpop Goods offers custom K-pop merch, personalized gamer shirts, bookish designs, meme tees, blankets, mugs, and more—designed just for you and made to order. Whether you’re planning matching concert outfits, a cozy Christmas sweatshirt with your kids’ names, or a one-of-a-kind fandom gift, this is the place to start.

What Kind of Custom Designs Do You Make?

I handle two main types of custom work:

1. Personalization on Existing Designs

This is the fastest and most affordable option.

You pick a design that’s already in the shop and I personalize it with things like:

  • Kids’, grandkids’, or family names (perfect for family reunions, vacations, personalized Christmas designs)

  • Bias or member names for K-pop shirts and blankets

  • Custom phrases, short quotes, or inside jokes

  • Simple color changes (where it’s doable with the print file)

If the product page has a custom text / special instructions box, you can add your personalization there before checkout. If you’re not sure whether something can be tweaked, just ask.

2. Fully Custom Fandom Designs

This is where we build your idea from the ground up.

Examples:

  • Matching concert shirts or hoodies for your K-pop besties

  • A gamer sweatshirt or t-shirt for your raid group, guild, or main tank

  • A bookish Christmas sweatshirt for your reading group or teacher squad

  • A custom SKZOO-inspired gift with your favorite character and phrase

  • Inside-joke meme designs for your Discord server, friend group, or family

Products You Can Customize

Most of the product types in my shop can be used for custom designs, including:

  • T-shirts & long sleeve tees

  • Sweatshirts & hoodies

  • Mousepads & desk mats

  • Stickers & cards (for simpler designs and text)

Everything is made to order using professional print partners, and I stay as size-inclusive as my providers allow—no extra charge for plus sizes.

How the Custom Order Process Works

Here’s the general flow for a fully custom design or a more complex personalization. We can adjust if your situation is a little different, but this gives you a clear idea.

Step 1: Send Your Idea

Use the Contact page to reach out with:

  • What you want (shirt, hoodie, blanket, mug, etc.)

  • The design idea in plain language

    • Example: “Bookish Christmas sweatshirt that says ‘Have Yourself a Bookish Little Christmas’ with a subtle tree made of books.”

    • Example: “Custom K-pop concert tee for 4 friends with our biases’ names and a small quote on the back.”

  • Any text, names, or dates that need to be included

  • Your preferred colors (if you care)

  • Your deadline (if you have one)

  • Your country/region so I can sanity-check shipping timing

The more info you give me upfront, the faster we can move.

Step 2: I Confirm Details & Pricing

Once I’ve read your message, I’ll:

  • Let you know if the idea is possible with my print setup

  • Suggest product types and colors if needed

  • Give you a ballpark price based on:

    • Product type and size

    • How complex the design is

    • Whether it’s a one-off or multiple pieces

  • Give you a rough timeline (design + production + shipping)

If everything sounds good, we move on.

Step 3: Design Draft / Mockup

For most custom pieces, I’ll create a digital mockup so you can see how the design will look on the actual product.

  • You’ll get 1–2 rounds of simple revisions (small text tweaks, minor layout adjustments, color tweaks where possible).

  • Major redesigns or totally new concepts may be treated as a new project.

I want you to be excited about the final design, but I also need to keep the process realistic for a tiny one-woman shop.

Step 4: Listing & Payment

Once you’ve approved the design:

  • I’ll either:

    • Send you a custom listing on the site for your specific item(s), or

    • Direct you to an existing listing with instructions (for simple personalizations).

  • You complete checkout like any other order.

Payment is required before I send anything to print. That keeps everything clear and avoids me fronting costs for designs that never get purchased.

Step 5: Production & Shipping

After payment:

  • Your order goes into the same production queue as regular orders—usually 3–7 business days to be made.

  • Then it ships, with timing depending on your location and carrier.

You’ll receive tracking when it ships, and the rest follows the same rules as any other order in my Shipping & Processing and Return Policy pages.

How Long Do Custom Orders Take?

This depends a bit on how complex your idea is and how fast we finalize the design.

Rough guide:

  • Simple personalization on an existing design:

    • Little to no extra design time

    • Just add your text, approve, and go to print

    • Overall timeline is usually similar to a normal order

  • Fully custom design from scratch:

    • Design: ~2–7 days, depending on complexity and how fast you give feedback

    • Production: 3–7 business days after payment

    • Shipping: usually 5–10 business days in the US (longer for international)

If you need something by a specific date, tell me up front. I’d rather be honest and say “that’s too tight” than promise something I can’t deliver.

How Much Do Custom Orders Cost?

Custom pricing depends on:

  • The product type (tee vs. hoodie vs. blanket vs. mug)

  • The number of items you’re ordering

  • The complexity of the design

In general:

  • Simple text-only customizations are usually close in price to the regular version.

  • More complex art-heavy designs may cost more, especially for a single piece.

  • Group or bulk orders (like matching concert shirts for 5+ people) can sometimes get a better per-item rate.

I’ll always give you clear pricing before we go to production—no surprise charges dropped at the end.

What I Won’t Design

To keep this shop aligned with my values, there are a few hard lines:

I do not create designs that are:

  • Related to conservative politics or political campaigns

  • Hateful, discriminatory, or targeting any group

  • Explicitly sexual or not appropriate for a general/family audience

This is an inclusive, queer-friendly, fandom-friendly space. If your idea fits that vibe, we’re good.

Tips for a Smooth Custom Order

To keep things moving and avoid back-and-forth headaches:

  • Be specific about text and spelling (names, dates, phrases).

  • Mention any dealbreakers (you hate certain colors, you don’t want big front prints, etc.).

  • Tell me if this is for a specific date (concert, birthday, holiday, etc.).

  • For group orders, gather sizes and color preferences first so we can get it right in one go.
