Return & Exchange Policy
Because every item at Noona’s Kpop Goods is made to order just for you, returns and exchanges work a little differently than a big-box store. Please read the details below before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Items
All products are print-on-demand, which means:

Your item is created after you place your order

We don’t keep bulk stock on hand

We can’t simply “put it back on the shelf” if you change your mind
That’s why we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis and focus primarily on fixing issues with quality, printing, and incorrect items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us at NoonasKpopGoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and any damage/misprint
Once we review your message, we will usually:

Replace the item at no cost to you, or
-
Offer a refund or store credit, depending on the situation
We may not be able to help if:

The item has been heavily worn, washed incorrectly, or altered

It has been more than 30 days since delivery
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of:

Printing errors

Damage in transit

Incorrect item sent
If there is a problem with a custom order, email NoonasKpopGoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll review and work with you on a solution.
Return Shipping
If we approve a return:

For damaged/defective/incorrect items, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping, or provide a replacement without needing the item back (depending on the situation and our print partner).

For any rare exception cases not caused by damage/defect (handled at our discretion), the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved:

It will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible

Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card issuer (usually 5–10 business days)
